Windsor Goodfellows has unveiled a huge mural highlighting the charity’s 113-year history of helping people in need.
“I wanted a bit of a storyboard from how we started to where we are today,” said Steve Harrison, a Goodfellows board member and head of the marketing committee. “We started with the beginnings of Goodfellows for helping the needy. Then in the end where we are now, that it’s working. The programs are working.”
The 5.2 metre mural, by local artist Carrina Domen, spans the wall of the main office at the Goodfellows building on Park Street West.
